Payment

Payment can be made either in advance (bank transfer) or by PayPal.

2% discount when paying in advance by bank transfer IBAN / BIC

If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment received.

Shipping

Shipping is usually carried out by the service providers GLS and DHL. We reserve the right to choose the shipping service provider. Please note that some orders may be split into several parcels. As a result, there may be a delay in the delivery of the parcels.

Delivery time

The delivery time for stock items is usually between 2 and 10 working days, depending on the destination address.

For items that we have to order in the USA, the delivery time is an additional 1-3 weeks.
